💡 Deductible Waived — If you secure your unit with a disc or cylinder lock, the $100 deductible is waived automatically.
Purchase of this insurance is not required to rent storage space. Coverage underwritten by Pennsylvania Manufacturers' Association Insurance Company (PMAIC). See Certificate of Property Insurance for full terms and exclusions.

- ✗Jewelry, watches, precious stones, furs
- ✗Money, currency, securities, documents
- ✗Firearms, gold/silver/platinum
- ✗Theft or unexplained disappearance
- ✗Wear and tear, gradual deterioration
- ✗Insects, vermin (not rodent damage)
- ✗Mechanical breakdown
- ✗Sewer backup flood
